Rental Prices in British Pounds:
Prices are for rental of the whole villa and it's facilities, not per person.

There is a €120 Cleaning / Meet and greet charge - Payable directly to our keyholders on arrival where you will be shown around the villa and any questions you may have can be answered.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are to be paid in full at time of booking.
A refundable £200 Damage deposit required with the remainder of the balance.
This will be refunded to you after your departure, once the keys have been returned and a satisfactory final inspection of the property has been carried out.
Welcome pack available on request. €25 for standard pack. €35 for delux pack.
Payment:
We accept payment in Pounds and Euros.
We accept Cheques, Bank Transfers and Paypal.
Once we have confirmed prices and availability we will send villa booking form and terms and conditions.
Bank Transfers are by far the easiest method and as with Cheques are free of charge.
We offer the protection and ease of using Paypal. To keep rental costs down to a minimum we do ask a contribution of 2% to help towards the transaction cost if you wish to use Paypal.
Use the Paypal option once we have confirmed prices and availability if this is the method you wish to pay by.
